Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take slightly longer during major launches, public holidays or unusually high order volumes.

Estimated Delivery Times

Southeast Asia:
5-10 business days after dispatch

Middle East:
7-12 business days after dispatch

United Kingdom and European Union:
7-15 business days after dispatch

United States and Canada:
7-12 business days after dispatch

Australia:
7-12 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Cost

ZOALIN provides free standard shipping to supported destinations unless a different shipping option is clearly displayed before the customer completes checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For supported destinations, orders are normally shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Applicable import duties and taxes are included and prepaid by ZOALIN, so customers should not normally be required to pay additional import duties when receiving the order.

If DDP delivery is unavailable for a particular destination, any different duty or tax arrangement must be clearly disclosed to the customer before the order is completed.
