This website and online store are operated by ZOALIN COMMERCE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as ZOALIN. Throughout these Terms, "ZOALIN", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of this website. By visiting our website, purchasing a product, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and Product Information

We sell physical modest womenswear and related fashion accessories directly to consumers. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, and images accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and production batches.

Pricing and Payment

Product prices and available currencies are displayed on the website and at checkout. The final amount payable, including any applicable discounts, shipping charges, or taxes, will be shown before the customer confirms the order. Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. We do not store complete payment card information on our own servers.

Orders

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully confirmed and an order confirmation has been issued. We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment failure, delivery restrictions, or legal requirements. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the payment platform rules.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Orders normally ship from China. Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs review, logistics delays, weather, public holidays, courier handoff, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and Returns information. Eligible return requests are accepted within 14 days after delivery, and return shipping for customer-choice returns is paid by the customer. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account, order, shipping, and contact information. Customers must not misuse the website, interfere with store operations, or use the services for unlawful activity.

The ZOALIN name, logo, website design, photographs, text, and original content are owned by or licensed to ZOALIN COMMERCE LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without permission.
